Apnea and underwater fishing by Estérel Sea School

Learning apnea in depth and in statics and practicing supervised underwater fishing.

From 09/05 to 30/09/2024, daily between 8 am and 8 pm.

Learning freediving is above all learning how to breathe I Take control of your body and enjoy freedom underwater!
The objective is to provide the teaching of spearfishing in a well-framed way, while conveying the values in terms of prevention and respect for the underwater world. This practice is not done without a deeper knowledge pure apnea, both in the sensations linked to the practice and those felt by the body.
