A hike to discover edible & medicinal plants

We will leave with Thibaud, mountain guide, for a hike, to discover the edible and medicinal plants of the Mediterranean region in the heart of the Massif de l'Estérel.

All year round, daily.

The spring is coming ! The plants are getting their colors back!
He will give you all his tips for recognizing and using them, he will also send you his recipes for consuming these plants as well as possible, or for making balms.
This hike has the idea of having a friendly and nice time while learning!
This activity does not require any particular level, however you will have to walk at least 5km on paths.
Equipment: closed shoes and 1L of water / person
