In Saint-Raphaël, Estelo invites you to a sensory experience on its sunny terrace with panoramic views over the azure waves. This new restaurant at the Les Roches Rouges hotel exemplifies the spirit of the Côte d'Azur, with its generous seasonal cuisine and friendly atmosphere.
Under the direction of Chef Alexandre Baule, Estelo showcases local produce and terroir cuisine, with freshly grilled fish from the fish market and Mediterranean dishes that sublimate the rich flavors of the South. Eggplant confit à la sarriette and aïoli with early vegetables perfectly embody this simple yet refined cuisine, ideal for sharing moments by the water.

Estelo's ambience extends to the cocktail bar, a long 8-meter counter offering creations inspired by local flavors. These elegant cocktails can be enjoyed facing the sea or in one of the small lounges.
